H&S Drilling supplies a full range of ordinary alloy steel downhole tools manufactured from AISI 4145H modified alloy steel — the industry-standard material for conventional drilling applications. AISI 4145H offers a well-established combination of high tensile strength, toughness, and hardenability, making it suitable for the demanding mechanical and fatigue loads encountered in Oil & Gas drilling, geothermal drilling, and mining applications.
All products are manufactured to API and industry specifications, with full traceability from raw material to finished product. These tools are designed for conventional (non-directional) drilling operations where magnetic interference is not a concern, and are suitable for use in a wide range of formation types and well conditions.
